 The Budget and Finance Committee is tasked with reviewing Association expenditures and ensure that accounts remain balanced. The committee makes investment decisions for long term capital planning and assists in determining budgets for the various committees and community improvement activities. The committee also pulls together the annual reports that reflect how money was spent as well as how money is planned to be spent in support of the community.

Each year these reports are provided as part of the annual home owners meeting with the Board of Directors. The annual meeting occurs in March of each year.
