The Legacy Grove Clubhouse
The clubhouse may be reserved for a maximum of four (4) hours per reservation during the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. All guests must be gone, cleaning be completed, and doors locked by 12:00 A.M. (Midnight). Reservations for the clubhouse will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis by completing a “Clubhouse Rental Application” and by paying a $40 usage fee and a $100 refundable security deposit. Two separate checks (or cash) must be submitted for the rental fee and security deposit. The security deposit will be returned provided all guidelines have been followed and the clubhouse has been properly cleaned. The checks should be mailed to Legacy Grove HOA 12833 Henderson Lane Madison, AL 35756. Please review and adhered to the Clubhouse rule.
The Clubhouse Rental Application must be signed prior to use and the regulations of that contract will be enforced.
The main room is 35'10" x 26'6". The kitchen (and the office) is 13'9" x 12' 6". Baths are 9'5" x 15'. Total sq. ft. is 2262

No Lifeguard on Duty - All persons using pool areas do so at their own risk. Children under the age of 17 MUST be accompanied by anAdult.NO DIVING is allowed. The pool is open from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. daily unless other wise posted. Please review and adhered to the Pool Rules.
The little ones can enjoy a day at the playground and never leave the subdivision
Playground
Children MUST be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. All children are expected to play cooperatively with other children. Use playground equipment for their proper purposes only. Injury can still occur even with safety precautions: play at your own risk -Legacy Grove HOA is not responsible for injuries. No foul or abusive language is permitted. Hours are 9:00am to dusk. Anyone loitering in play area after dusk can be reported for trespassing. Please review and adhered to the playground rules.

Welcome. We look forward to a great year of tennis fun with the new tennis courts. The tennis courts are for the exclusive use of all members of the Legacy Grove Homeowners Association (LGHOA) in good standing and their guests. Please review and adhered to the tennis court rules. With your support, we will continue to strive to improve the facility. NO PET'S ALLOWED ON THE COURTS.
