                      Legacy Grove Clubhouse Rental Agreement  and Application

                      LEGACY GROVE CLUBHOUSE RULES

                      1. No animals are allowed on the premises unless they are Service Dogs. 
                      2. No smoking inside the clubhouse or area surrounding the pool. Smoking is permitted in the parking area. 
                      3. BBQ grills are not permitted on the Clubhouse porch or on the pool deck. 
                      4. Only Legacy Grove residents/property owners may reserve the clubhouse. 
                      5. Resident/property owner's HOA dues must be current to reserve and use the clubhouse. 
                      6. When a reservation is made for the Clubhouse, it is with the understanding that the resident/property owner accepts all responsibility for the Clubhouse. It is also understood that the resident/property owner obtaining the reservation must be the person sponsoring the event and be on the premises at all times. In addition, the resident/property owner is completely responsible for the actions of all guests.
                      7. The clubhouse may be reserved for a maximum of four (4) hours per reservation during the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. All guests must be gone, cleaning be completed, and doors locked by 12:00 A.M. (Midnight).
                      8. Reservations for the clubhouse will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis by completing a "Clubhouse Rental Application" and by paying a $40 usage fee and a $100 refundable security deposit. Two separate checks (no cash) must be submitted for the rental fee and security deposit. The security deposit will be returned provided all guidelines have been followed and the clubhouse has been properly cleaned.
                      9. The Clubhouse Rental Application must be signed prior to use and the regulations of that contract will be enforced. 
                      10. Resident/property owners reserving the clubhouse may have access to the pool, along with
                      all other Legacy Grove residents/property owners, during normal pool hours for no additional fee.
                       
                      11. There are two bathrooms in the Clubhouse. 
                      12. Decorations are not allowed to be attached, in any way, to the walls. DO NOT use tape on painted surfaces. 
                      13. No wet swim suits are allowed in the clubhouse. Those using the clubhouse that chooses to swim must access the bathrooms from the outside pool entrance. 
                      14. When reserving the clubhouse, outside noise should be kept to a minimum after 8 P.M. 
                      15. Alcoholic beverages may be served at adult functions ONLY. Under no circumstances may alcohol be served to anyone less than 21 years of age. The resident/property owner reserving the clubhouse will be responsible for those persons who are intoxicated. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the pool deck. 
                      16. All facilities other than the clubhouse will remain open to other residents during regular seasonal hours.
                      17. Residents should perform a preliminary walk-through inspection of the facilities prior to their function. It is the resident’s responsibility to notify the Clubhouse/Pool committee member who is handling their reservation of any pre-existing damage. 
                      18. The resident/property owner reserving the clubhouse is responsible for the cleanup of the Clubhouse as well as the removal of trash from the facility. The Clubhouse will be inspected after each use. If the resident/property owner fails to clean satisfactorily, the cleanup costs will be deducted from the security deposit. 
                      19. The air conditioning and heating unit will be programmed at 85 degrees in the summer and 65 degrees in the winter. When renting the Clubhouse increase or decrease the temperature for the hours of utilization only. Make sure that the temperature has returned to the original setting prior to leaving the Clubhouse. 
                      20. Any damage done to the clubhouse/pool, to the furnishings in the clubhouse/pool area or to the clubhouse/pool grounds in excess of the $100 security deposit will be the responsibility of the resident/property owner under whose name the clubhouse is reserved. 
                      21.
                      If the key is not returned, there is a $100.00 re-keying fee that will be deducted from the security deposit.

                        ****** NOTE: In order to eliminate confusion, effective immediately, all Legacy Grove Clubhouse reservations must be made and rental fee’s/deposit received a minimum of two weeks prior to the date you are requesting. NO EXCEPTIONS******

                        Legacy Grove Homeowners

                        In the Comment field, list your date & times of the events, and the number of expected guest. In order to make a reservation please check the calendar page of this website, if the date is available, fill out the form with the requested date.  Once we have received your request we will post it on the calendar and hold the reservations for 10 days to receive your check if we have not received the check within 10 days then the reservation will be deleted.  You will need to mail two checks to Legacy Grove HOA.   One check for the deposit ($100.00) and one check for the usage fee ($40.00).   Checks should be mailed to the address below or deposited in the clubhouse mail box. Mail all check to: The Legacy Grove Clubhouse, 25129 Providence Drive, Athens AL, 35613, and payable to The Leagacy Grove Homeowner Association.
