Everyone has heard the term “achieving the American dream.” It commonly refers to owning a home in a neighborhood that is welcoming, safe, and enjoyable. We select livable communities where our families can walk, bicycle, recreate, and socialize. We are failing our families and neighbors by not making every effort to ensure these activities are safe from motor vehicles on our neighborhood streets. Please slow down and have friends and family do the same!

We are urging motorists to exercise caution, be alert and to slow down in school zones and around school buses.
HOA DUES
As the end of 2011 draws near so too does the annual Legacy Grove Homeowners Association dues. The Finance committee will start sending notices in October. The notices are sent to homeowners as a courtesy, paying HOA dues on time is the homeowners’ responsibility. Your HOA dues of $275.00 can be paid as early as 1 Oct. However if not paid or paid late the HOA as a whole suffers financially. Please refer to section 46.11 of your HOA Restrictive Covenant for any additional information.
****NOTE****All checks placed in the secure mailbox at the clubhouse have been posted to your account. A new corporate account is being set up and all checks will be deposited into the new account accordingly. Next year, all assessment dues will be mailed directly to the bank lock box and will be posted upon receipt.  Keep Legacy Grove Clean and Safe1. Please don't let your dogs run loose in the neighborhood and remember to clean up after them.
